A minimalist one-group from Sanremo
The Cube brings Sanremo’s commercial know-how to a small, clean-lined machine for homes and small offices. Single-colour panels keep the look simple, and the controls are approachable for anyone moving up from an entry-level machine. Sanremo designed it in Treviso, and it carries over parts and know-how from the brand’s café machines.
Inside the Cube
A 1.9-litre AISI 316 stainless heat-exchanger boiler lets you brew and steam at the same time, and the thermosiphon group with mechanical pre-infusion keeps temperature even. A 54 L/h volumetric pump runs from the 1.8-litre internal tank or a mains connection. Over Wi-Fi, the web app adjusts boiler temperature, sets on/off schedules and tracks shots.

Who the Cube is for
It suits home baristas and small studios making a handful of milk drinks a day. Comparable single-group options include the Bezzera Mitica Top PID and the Orchestrale Nota 1 Group.
For upkeep, see our coffee machine repair and servicing in Melbourne, and stock up on fresh coffee beans. Because it can be plumbed in, it also works well in a meeting room or staff kitchen.
