The Wega Pegaso EVD 1 Group gives smaller venues the same electronic controls as its larger siblings in a narrower body. A 5 litre boiler supports espresso and milk drinks together, so a single barista can work without waiting on steam. It also suits a growing business that wants room to add a second machine later.

Backlit touch pads and simple programming

The retro-illuminated touch pads hold four programmable doses for the group, plus a continuous button for manual shots. One steam wand and a hot water spout cover milk and tea, while the automatic boiler fill and built-in motor pump keep the machine topped up from the mains.
