Three groups of dependable Wega output
The Pegaso EVD 3 Group is Wega’s straightforward workhorse for venues that need three baristas working at once. It keeps the controls simple, which makes training quick, and its price sits well below most multi-boiler three-group machines. Wega builds the Pegaso in Treviso, Italy, and parts are widely available in Australia, which keeps servicing straightforward.
Volumetric control with tall-cup clearance
Each group has four programmable doses plus a manual button, so recipes stay consistent across staff. The 17-litre heat-exchanger boiler feeds two steam wands and a hot water outlet, and an internal rotary pump with automatic refill keeps pressure steady. High-cup groups take 12 and 16 oz takeaway cups.

Who should consider the Pegaso 3 Group
It suits busy takeaway cafés, food courts and bakeries with long morning queues. If your bench is tighter, the Wega Polaris EVD 2 Group Compact is a smaller option, and the wider Wega coffee machine range covers other sizes.
