Ditting KR1203: serious speed for retail and roasteries
When customers are lining up for ground coffee, speed matters. The KR1203 uses huge 120 mm burrs to grind a 250 g bag in roughly ten seconds while keeping particle size even.
Running the KR1203 in a roastery or shop
The KR1203 is for roasteries and shops that grind a lot of coffee into bags for customers. The bag clamp keeps packaging steady so staff can work quickly, and the knocker and shaker plate help the bag fill neatly.
Mark common settings for espresso, filter and plunger beside the grinder, as stepless adjustment can be moved anywhere in between. After a big change in grind size, run a small amount through to clear the previous setting before filling a customer’s order. Brush out the chute regularly, and schedule burr replacement into maintenance, as high volume wears burrs faster.
Shop-friendly details
A bag clamp holds packaging steady, a knocker clears the chute, and a shaker plate helps grounds settle. Stepless adjustment covers espresso through to coarse filter.
