Mazzer Mini G: accurate dosing for small spaces
Coffee carts, kiosks and small cafés need accuracy as much as big venues do, but rarely have the bench space. The Mini G packs a load cell, touchscreen and smart vibration filtering into a compact die-cast body.
The Mini G on a cart or kiosk
Coffee carts and kiosks work in tight spaces, often with changing temperature through the day, and the Mini G’s built-in scale keeps doses steady through those changes. Staff set a target weight, then grind straight into the portafilter without a separate scale on the bench.
The smaller hopper suits venues that use a modest amount of beans or prefer to refill often to keep coffee fresh. Keep the fork and scale area clear of grounds so readings stay accurate, and use the touchscreen to check settings at the start of each shift. Re-dial when you switch beans and replace the burrs as they wear.
Why weight beats time
Timed doses drift as beans age or humidity changes. Weighing every dose keeps extraction steady and cuts waste.
