Precision GSP: simple push-button grinding

Dosing by feel with a push-button grinder

Without programmed doses, the GSP grinds only while the portafilter presses the button, so you control the amount directly. A simple habit is to weigh your basket a few times while learning how long to hold it, then grind by eye and check on scales now and then. Stepless adjustment means you can move in very small amounts, which is handy when a shot runs only slightly fast. When you open a new bag, expect to make a few small adjustments before the shot settles. The large flat burrs will last a long time at home, though they are still wear parts, and the chute should be brushed out regularly.

Built well

Its cast-aluminium body and non-slip feet keep it stable, and stepless adjustment gives fine control.
