Necta Coffee Machine Repairs
Necta builds fully automatic coffee machines such as the Krea Touch and Koro Prime, and you will find them in break rooms and staff kitchens across Melbourne. Panica’s technicians come to your workplace, track down why the Necta has stopped pouring properly, and fix it on the spot whenever the parts allow.
- Workplace repairs mean the Necta stays put while our technician tests and fixes it at your site.
- No surprises: a quote comes first, genuine parts go in, and our warranty covers the repair.
- How soon we arrive: 4–24 hours near Caulfield South (within 30 km); 24–48 hours for sites further away.
Repair or buy new? Heating faults, a tripped thermostat, slow brewing from scale and leaking seals are routine fixes on a Krea or Koro and are usually far cheaper than replacing the machine. Where an older Necta needs a new heater and a board at the same visit, or parts are hard to source, look at the coffee machines in our shop or rent an office coffee machine instead, with servicing included.

About Necta and the models in Melbourne offices
Necta machines are known for a clean, modern look and a touch screen menu. The Krea Touch and Koro Prime are the two we are called to most often. Both handle grinding, brewing and milk drinks automatically, so a staff member presses one button and walks away. That convenience depends on a heater, pump, valves and sensors all working together, and when one of them slips, the queue at the machine grows fast.
What usually goes wrong
No power at all
Before blaming the machine, we check the wall socket, plug, lead and circuit breaker. If those are sound, we move on to the internal power supply and the main switch, testing each one rather than guessing.
Water not heating
A Necta that brews lukewarm or cold water usually has a failed heating element, a tripped safety thermostat or a blown thermal fuse. A thermostat can sometimes be reset, but a fuse that keeps blowing tells us something else is overheating, and we find that cause too.
Drips under the cabinet
A water tank seated slightly out of line, a loose inlet valve or a perished seal will leave puddles. Hard deposits around fittings are a clue that scale has worked into a joint.
Coffee crawling out of the spout
Slow pours point to scale narrowing the pipes or heater, a clogged spout, or an overdosed brew chamber. Descaling and cleaning the outlet usually restores the flow.
Cups that come out barely warm
If the heater tests fine, a cold brewing unit or unheated cups may be the reason. We check the brew temperature against the settings and adjust it.
Booking a Necta repair with us
Ring 1300 529 505 or send a request through the booking page, noting the model and what the display shows. Your booking is confirmed within one business day. At the visit, the technician tests the Necta, talks you through the fault and gives you a quote. Nothing is replaced until you say yes. If a part has to be ordered in, we use a genuine one and return to fit it.
Simple habits that protect a Necta
- Keep the water tank pushed fully home after each refill.
- Descale when the machine prompts you, and use a water filter if your building has hard water.
- Wipe the spout and empty the waste bin each day.
- Pre-warm cups on busy mornings so the first drinks are hot.
Necta repair FAQ
Our Krea Touch shows an error and will not dispense. Is that serious?
Not always. Many error messages come from a sensor, a full waste bin or a blocked water path, all of which are quick to clear. The technician reads the error before quoting.
Can you service several Necta machines on one visit?
Yes. Let us know how many machines and floors are involved when you book, and we plan the visit around them.
When your Necta is playing up, book a repair or call 1300 529 505 to arrange a technician.
